You can handle everything.
But you shouldn’t have to hold it all together alone
.

Six Strong helps high-capacity women build systems for strength, structure, and daily life—so everything doesn’t depend on your energy, discipline, or willpower.

A simple starting point to get out of survival mode and into structure

This is for you if…

  • You’re managing work, family, meals, schedules, your health, and the home; and too much of it lives in your head.
  • You’re the one everyone relies on
  • You can “handle it all”… but it’s exhausting
  • Your days run on effort, not structure
  • You’ve tried routines, planners, and resets—but nothing sticks
  • You want to feel strong, clear, and in control again

You don’t need more discipline.
You need systems that support your life.

You don’t need more discipline.

It’s that too much depends on you remembering, deciding, and resetting everything yourself.

When daily life runs on

  • constant decisions
  • last-minute planning
  • starting over again and again

It becomes exhausting—even when you’re capable.

Simple routines and repeatable home systems can change that.

Six Strong Coaching helps women create practical systems for their health, home, and daily life.

The Founder

After 20 years supporting fast-moving military organizations and raising six children, I realized something most women are never told:

Discipline isn’t the problem.
Lack of systems is.

Most women are trying to force discipline into lives that were never designed to support it.

Six Strong was built to change that.

After 20 years in high-responsibility leadership roles—and raising six children—I learned something the hard way:

Discipline isn’t the problem.
Most women are already operating at capacity.

The real issue?
There’s no system supporting everything they carry.

Six Strong was built to change that.

My background includes:

• 20-year U.S. military career in financial management and leadership
• MBA in Financial Services
• BS in Psychology
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
• NASM Certified Personal Trainer
• Certified SoulCore Leader
• Systems strategist and advisor
• Mother of six
